1. RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. That is why at Hill & Smith Inc., we guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products. If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the item for you within 30 days of receipt,
less shipping and handling charges.

Items must be returned in new, unused, untested, and resalable condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, and with all original
accessories and/or kit components.

No refunds or credits will be issued before merchandise is received and evaluated. A 30% restocking fee will apply. Freight is paid by
buyer.

In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, a refund, if any, will be issued in accordance with the condition of the
returned merchandise; restocking fees will be applied based on the condition of the return and the value of missing items, if any.

Note: No returns or exchanges will be issued on custom or personalized orders except for damage and/or factory production error.
All charges related to the return of items to Hill & Smith Inc. are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise authorized by Hill
& Smith Inc.

2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service department at (800) 327-4417 or email your Hill & Smith Sales Representative. No return will be
    accepted without a notification to customer service and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  2. Pack the unit securely using original packaging material. Be sure to put the RA# on the outside of the box/pallet and on the
    packing slip. Please be aware that we do not accept COD shipments. They will be refused without exception at the cost of the
    shipper. We recommend insuring the package/shipment for full value of the merchandise to protect yourself. The merchandise
    is still your property until it reaches our warehouse, and we sign that it was received in approved condition. We are not
    responsible for any shipping damages occurring in transit.
  3. A notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
